Terms of purchase and delivery

Below you will find the necessary information, but in summary, shopping and being a customer with us is easy. We use Swish and paypal as payment methods and we send with Postnord Varubrev 1st class and MyPack for larger shipments. If we send the wrong product or you are dissatisfied with something, contact us directly and we will solve it smoothly. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction.

Things to consider when designing

Use images with as high a resolution as possible, we recommend at least 200 ppi. Print that is far out on the edge of the disc can be a little diffuse when printing and wear faster, please leave about 1-3 cm margin to the edge depending on the disc for best results.

We reserve the right to reject designs that contain inappropriate and/or offensive content. This includes, but is not limited to, racist and Nazi logos, motifs and/or messages. Discgolfprint has the right to interpret the logos, motifs and/or messages uploaded to discgolfprint.se.

Color and weight of discs

All discs are white unless otherwise stated. The weights can vary, but usually it is closer to full weight on all discs.

Terms of delivery

Delivery time is 5-7 working days.

We do not take financial responsibility for any delays caused by the shipping company.

If you notice any damage to the parcel, you must report it immediately to the post office and make a claim. Do not pick up a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the handling by the post office or the transport company, you should contact them and make a claim. If any dispute with the post office or transport company cannot be resolved, please contact us.

The shipping cost of an order is automatically charged in the online shop and the cost of shipping is accounted for at checkout.

Right of withdrawal/complaint

Right of withdrawal
You as a consumer at Grilltältet.se have a 14-day right of withdrawal on your purchase.
This applies to unopened products in their original condition as received.
If you want to cancel your purchase, please contact us at Discgolfprint by email. You as a consumer are responsible for the return shipping.
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we must reimburse you for what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or, at the latest, within 30 days from the day we received the goods.
For the specially ordered products we have no right of withdrawal. If your product has suffered transport damage, wrong disc or wrong print, you have the right to return the product within 14 days and get a full refund, you are responsible for the return shipping. Please contact us beforehand for the best solution.
Complaints
Unless otherwise stated, you have a 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects on products you buy from us.
If any product in your order is damaged or faulty, you must complain about it within a reasonable time of discovering the fault, preferably immediately. If a product is faulty, we will pay for the return shipping and reimburse you the amount you paid for the product, plus any advance payment and shipping fees. Refunds are made within 30 days. If you want to receive a new copy of the same product, we will send you a new one free of charge and reimburse the return shipping costs.

Discgolfprint reserves the right to use images on printed discs for marketing purposes. Any contact details in the print are retouched before publication. If you do not want us to use your ordered disks for marketing purposes, please contact us at info@discgolfprint.se.
